Rules:

• All items for Honda Hills Festivals must be boutique, handcrafted and/or customized.
• Honda Hills may offer events that are ''swap'' meet or ''trade show'' in nature. In the event that the swap meet or trade show is held, the event vendor types will be adjusted accordingly.
• Vendor must list and attach sample photos of the products you will be selling. Only those products will be permitted to be sold. Honda Hills is a family oriented venue. (Rated PG 13 items only). Inappropriate/explicit items will not be permitted and will result in immediate removal from event with no refund. Honda Hills staff maintains the sole right to determine appropriateness/suitability of items.
• Honda Hills Festivals are typically invitational in nature. Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance of vendor. Event promoters have the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
• Event is held RAIN OR SHINE. All vendors must be open the FULL POSTED HOURS of the event, rain or shine. Please prepare your booth for any weather conditions Honda Hills, LLC will assume no responsibility for securing items or tents from unexpected /expected weather conditions.
• Vendor must provide an EZ-UP style Tent and Tables for your booth space. Tent must be in good condition with good appearance and staked into the ground securely.
• Tents/Tables/Products are the responsibility of the vendor. Honda Hills will bear no liability or responsibility for any items on premises, or for any accident or injury incurred.
• NO alcoholic beverages or illegal substances permitted.
• NO radios, televisions, or other audio devices permitted in booths.
• NO raffles or other solicitations of any nature permitted.
• Vendor is responsible for collection and filing of sales tax for its sales.
• NO smoking in the vendor area. Smoking permitted in designated areas only.
• Vendor is responsible for the disposal for trash and waste products. Please help us keep a clean and tidy event! Trash bags are to be tied and placed in designated waste receptacles.
• NO electric or water is available. NO generators are permitted at vendor’s booth.
• NO refund will be given once application is accepted. Payment is due prior to the date of event. Refunds may be considered if the entire event were to get cancelled.
• Any issues with the regulations above, could result in removal from event, and/or denial of acceptance to any future event(s).
